Digital Products — All Sales Final

All WheeMart products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.

Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing so you know exactly what you're getting.

We're here to help

While we don't offer refunds on digital downloads, we genuinely want you to have a great experience with WheeMart. If you experience any of the following please contact us and we will do our best to make it right:

• You did not receive your download after purchase
• Your file is corrupted or won't open
• You received the wrong file
• You experienced a technical issue accessing your product

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice please contact us within 7 days and we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.

What we cannot refund:

• Downloads that have already been accessed
• Purchases made by mistake after the file has been downloaded
• Dissatisfaction with color variations due to different printer settings

Colors may vary slightly depending on your printer and monitor settings. This is normal for printable products and is not considered a defect.
